< Back Crunchy, Creamy Peanut Deluxe Salad Dressing: 1/3 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp sugar Salad: 1 pkg (20 oz) green peas, frozen 1 cup celery, chopped 1/3 cup red onions, chopped 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 6 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 pinch salt, or to taste 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper, or to taste To make dressing: In small mixing bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar. To make salad: In large mixing bowl, combine frozen green peas, celery and onion. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. < Back Creamy Strawberry Mousse 1 cup strawberries, halved 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup powdered sugar 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened assorted fruit, for serving In blender, puree strawberries until smooth. Set aside. In mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until fluffy. In separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add strawberry puree to cream cheese and mix until combined.
